  here is my big thing for auto payment you guys try one time and then charge a crazy fee if the bank does not allow it or in my case i have to approve it except payment is always when i am sleeping and then my bank says nope. if you would try again 12 hrs later it might work. then i was quoted a price and i gave a bank card for auto payment that i knew wouldn’t have that issue but i paid with a different card to start policy and agent got it wrong and that policy was canceled so the next day i’m on the phone and get a totally different price. now i thought i had it all worked out but nope. my policy got canceled again and now i go from 120 to over 200 a month that is absolutely insane. i am better off investing that money and holding my own financial responsibility. your logo is fitting in the send you got your hands out looking for money those are not helping hands. those are the i need from you hands. dont believe me walk the streets of any city you will see the homeless got their hands out the same way. . in good hands i dont believe so at this point but i did give you guys a shot and i thought i would be happy. but as a service provider i have come to expect better service now!!

  Stop sending us photos of our own homes. I called and asked if I was some sort of lead that came in. Was told, no… we just use google earth. So you typed in our address and used our personal info?That’s not consent, and I’m not even close by your office. Very off putting and bad business practice.

  An envelope with a picture of my house was sent. They claim the picture is public record, however, the home has been blocked or blurred from every map software available to the public. The image is from the past year ( can tell from the landscape) but the home has been blocked for half a decade. Super strange and unappreciated way to advertise. Why not post a picture of your house for the world to see Brian? Not sure whose idea it was to advertise like this, but it is a sure-fire way to make sure I will never insure anything I own with you or AllState.

  I received an envelope with a picture of my home and the letter with another picture. Understanding its public record, this is a weird and creepy sales/marketing technique. I suggest hiring someone who understands strategic marketing.
