Ann's staff was pleasant and took all the necessary information when we requested the documents. They sent them quickly and efficiently. My husband and I have had Ann as our insurance agent for over 45 years. I highly recommend her and her staff.
- JJJeanette JollyAug 10, 20265.0Shari Landes is the most exceptional agent I have worked with. I have been a mortgage processor for almost 7 years. I do a lot of condo loans and we have to update master policies all of the time. 99% of the time, these agencies are the worst to deal with. Normally unresponsive, they take forever, and never update the policies to match the request and this was not the case with Shari at State Farm. I got the policy with the correct information updated almost immediately. WOW!!! Thank you Shari! If I could give you 100 stars, I would!!! Wonderful agency!
