  We have been with allstate for over 30 years. Customer servive is exceptional no matter if on the phone or online. Our experience has been outstanding. That's why we have always been with Allstate. They have been there for us.

  Overall, it was not a positive experience. When a problem came up, I didn’t feel supported and had to handle it by myself. That lack of assistance made the situation more stressful than it needed to be.

  I would not trust this company. I have asked several times to be removed from their solicitation list. I spoke with Raj twice and he assured me I would not be called again. Once again I got a call today. I have now reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. If you are getting calls from a 3rd party company on behalf of Allstate, I would suggest you report them also if you have asked not to be called. Also, leave a review so more people can see they don't care or follow through with what they say.

  Switched to Allstate in 2015 the agent was not knowledgeable told me to switch and I wouldn't owe my current company and if so he would pay needless to say I did end up owing and he never paid up! The coverages were the worst and the staff always said the same thing you have bare bones coverage but paying ridiculous pricing. I swear they were ripping me off I wouldn't recommend at all
