  Kallie was very thorough with my insurance review. She didn't try to "upsell"; rather, she pointed out areas where I could save some money as well as those where I needed to increase coverages. I've been with this State Farm agency now for 5 years and have been happy with their pricing and their service.

  I was able to get insurance on my vehicle in less than 40 minutes. I spoke with Kallie who helped me through the process and was quick in getting everything together for me to get back on the road. They offer many services and even try to accommodate your requirements.

  Ryan was a huge help in getting me insured with State Farm. Really nice guy and laid out all my options quickly. He wasted no time and told me everything I wanted and needed to know right away. Highly recommend him if you need insurance.

  I had the great pleasure of being notified by Luke personally of a reduction in my premiums at the end of May. Had a few questions and he advised best to call in to protect my privacy. When I called I had the really great pleasure of speaking w Kallie @ Brian Cover’s office. Not only was she kind and professional, but she took the xtra time to explain to me exactly what I had and all it covered. While she gave me options for the future if I wanted to change anything or add anything there was never a feeling that this was a “sales” call. Kallie was someone who took a lot of time explains to me in layman’s terms what I had and why without ever making me feel stupid, like I should know all of this. She was kind and compassionate and thorough and in this call I felt like I was talking to a friend and not my insurance rep. If anyone is looking for a an agent .. even if u already have State Farm , I highly suggest you giving his office a call Thank u again Kallie and Luke

  Pat started calling on me a year ago to earn my business. I kept ignoring him and tossing his letters. After finally opening his mailer I saw a hand written note and decided to tell him I’d consider him at my renewal. Honestly, I forgot but he didn’t! He sent me a new quote 30 days before expiration and it was almost too good to be true. I called him and thanked him for his tenacity and asked for a formal quote. He stood by his original quote and I added some additional coverage and then got my final quote. Pat was amazing from start to finish. He stayed on me to earn my business and then was completely organized with follow ups, hand written notes, and insurance card holders and cards mailed to my home. He is 10 fold better than my Nationwide rep. He called me this morning just to make sure everything to satisfactory and asked if I needed additional support on the App. When great pricing meets great customer service, there’s no better place to be. Thank you for showing me that this nasty world of insurance business can still be the way things were 30 years ago. Where people care, speak to one another, and follow through.
