  When I bought my insurance policy, the service and communication were very polite and helpful. But now, after my car was damaged and the parts were stolen, the way I am being treated is completely different. I purchased full coverage insurance with the expectation that my vehicle would be repaired properly. I am concerned that non-OEM parts are being used on my car even though the original parts were installed before the incident. When I asked questions, I was told, “Do whatever you want, this is how we do business.” I found that response very disrespectful and not the level of customer service I expected. Because of this experience, I no longer feel the same level of trust and confidence in the service I am receiving I would advise others to carefully consider before trusting this company

  Tom was extremely helpful providing all the information I requested and comparing my current policy with what State Farm can match. I was very comfortable with my decision to go with State Farm over other insurance carriers because of my conversations with Tom.

  10/10 – Outstanding Service Thomas was extremely helpful in finding an insurance policy that fit my budget while taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Throughout the process, he was patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He also went above and beyond by assisting me in contacting my previous insurance company and guiding me through the cancellation process.
