  This place is so bad I sat with a girl named Marianny and she gave me horrible prices and it was so hard to understand her I will never go back and the prices are horrible they also charged me for Roadside assistance I didn’t even ask for

  I came to Acceptance Insurance looking for a policy for my car and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. I was working with an agent, Mariani, but I had a difficult time understanding the information being explained to me. I asked another agent, Britany Santiago, for assistance because I was confused and needed clarification. She told me she was busy and that I was already being helped. I understand that employees can be busy, but I felt that my concerns were dismissed and I wasn't given the assistance I needed as a customer. I ultimately decided to take my business somewhere else. Management should take this experience seriously and make sure customers receive clear communication, patience, and professional customer service. I came in looking for insurance and left feeling like my business wasn't valued.

  I got there around 10am door was locked. 2 agents in there. I knocked they opened the door with a poor attitude and told me to have a seat. I waited 20 min and did not get help so I walked out. I won't be coming back.
