  Roberto Ortiz has recently taken over my old agent's office and the service of both Roberto and Fernanda the past few days has been phenomenal! I had an issue with an error made by an 1-800-Allstate representative and Roberto and Fernanda took it upon themselves to make several phone calls to fix the issue for me AND help me lower my home insurance policy. Great communication with both of them!! A+++++!
