  I can’t say enough good things about Mikayla Stazewski! She went above and beyond to help me with my auto insurance and made the entire process so much easier than I expected. She was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything and got the coverage that was right for me. What really stood out to me was that Mikayla didn’t make me feel like just another customer. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Her communication and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. People like Mikayla are exactly what great customer service should look like. She represents her company extremely well, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly willing to help.   Their service was terrible. I was there, they wasted my time, and in the end, they didn't help me change my insurance.
