  I signed up with Safeguard when I bought my first home in 2021, and they’ve been great to work with over the years! Dan and Lisa are always extremely quick to reply to my calls and emails.

  Horrible. They didn’t cancel my insurance for almost 8 months after I sold my home. The insurance company requires they do it. You can’t do it on your own when working with a broker. They could never get it right. I eventually got desperate and convinced travelers to help me cancel it. However I’m out almost 8 months of payments that I had to make since they never sent in the paperwork. Dont use them. Just work directly with an insurance company.
