  I would like to thank Stacy for calling me this morning. She left me a message informing me about my auto and renters policy renewal that is going into effect and also advised the premium will be relatively the same. Oddly enough, I was on the portal yesterday reviewing my coverages. I called back to the office after receiving the voice mail to thank them for the personal attention. The simple act of a human being calling me instead of recording was greatly aopreciated and made me feel more valued as a customer. It's the little things that mean the most, especially in the AI/non-humanized way of today. Thank you Stacy!

  When I received a notice in the mail that Erie Insurance was dropping my auto coverage due to me filing two claims between 2024 and 2026, I was upset & embarrassed. I had been with Erie for over 15 years. Catherine from Allstate reached out a few months prior, but I didn't have a need or desire to change my insurances at that time. However, when I received the letter from Erie, I reached out to Catherine at Allstate and she immediately responded and has made this entire experience easy and great, which I never thought was possible when dealing with "insurance". She explained the coverages to me a few times. I thought that the quote was presented as individual meaning that my husband paid X amount and I paid X amount, and here the quote was for BOTH of us to be insured...which ended up getting him more coverage for the same rate as he is currently paying through State Farm, and my rate didn't increase. Catherine did not make me feel dumb; she never pressured or made to feel like I was just a number or a check. I felt valued, appreciated and heard. I am so happy in the end that Erie dropped me because I feel I was forced to shop around and I happen to find great rate and customer service through Catherine & Allstate. I also really appreciate doing business on a local level, even though All State is a much bigger company, this agency has a local, warm feel. Thanks again!
