  As executor of an estate, I had to transfer a title for a car owned by the estate to an individual who lived four hours away, and who currently had possession of the car. The PA laws for a transaction like this are not really all that well documented, and if you ask several different notaries, you will get several different answers. In the end, it's kind of simple, and the folks at Styer were able to walk me through the process: * Sign over the title to the purchaser, signing as executor of the estate. * And provide an official copy of the "short form" Letters Testamentary (i.e. with raised seal) * Then ship the signed title and "short form" to the purchaser. Simple! This was a task that had been haunting me for a long time. So I was glad I was able to finally get it done. Thanks Styer!
