  We had a very disappointing experience with this insurance company while managing policies for a deceased family member’s estate. My husband and I were working to navigate both auto and homeowners policies after my father-in-law passed away. During this process, the estate was charged two returned check fees ($20 each) for automatic payments that had been set up by the deceased prior to his passing. At no point during several phone calls and email exchanges were we informed that autopay was still active, nor were we advised to update these payments to avoid additional fees. Additionally, the estate was charged a $36.38 policy change fee on the auto policy, despite being told that the policy could not be renewed. We made multiple attempts to have these charges reviewed and reversed, but were told that was not possible. Given that the company was aware we were closing out the accounts and working through an estate situation, the lack of communication and guidance resulted in unnecessary fees. This situation could have been avoided with clearer direction and more proactive support. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication and a lack of consideration for customers managing sensitive estate matters.

  I can't say enough about this group. Always above and beyond the call of duty. Always looking for ways to help save money while ensuring our family is more than adequately protected for any insurance event. I would recommend DiGiacomo and Associates for ANY insurance need. Home, Auto, Business, Umbrella - all of it. I'd give it 20 stars if that were possible.

  Joseph and Ashley Are in my opinion , two of the Best agents I've ever dealt with due to how cool , calm & collective they both are with me & my family. They treat me like a normal person with genuine respect & kindness . I highly recommend their agency for your auto protection as they helped me countless times with all of my endless questions .. they take the time to do their job 110% and they don't stop till i was taken care of fully. They even Personally Call me when my payments are on notice , God sent. Top shelf people over there, 5 stars hands down. ***** !!
