Now the office is closed as I tried a third time. Previously when I called about a month ago her receptionist said she was on a call and she would call me back after. She never did so I called back the next day. Donna then told me she was not in the office the previous day. Someone is telling lies. I have another Allstate policy on a separate home for 3 years and have never had any problems there. Just seems to be this office.
