- MMMark McgarveyJun 6, 20251.0DO NOT USE YOUNG INSURANCE AGENCY! We had flood insurance through Young Insurance Agency and it jumped $600 a month with no warning! Tom said he tried to contact us beforehand but somehow didn’t have the correct address, phone number, or email on file and now it’s too late to cancel. Even though it clearly states we can cancel at any time in the policy, his sketchy business practices don’t allow us to get out of it. We’ve spoken to several other insurance agents and they also can’t even explain why it’s jumped so high. We’ve even been told to speak with a lawyer because this seems criminal, but we can’t afford that on top of our new monthly payment while we look for a new place. We literally have to MOVE TO NEW HOUSE because we can’t afford this bullshit flood policy. Again DO NOT USE YOUNG INSURANCE AGENCY!!

Travis is quick to answer questions, and has seamlessly guided me through switching insurance providers, filing a claim, and answering any questions I have in regard to my auto and home insurance policies.
