Tiffany scheduled a review with me right before the holiday weekend. Called on time! She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable. Made me feel like I was in great hands

However, and as corny as it may sound, Tiffany of the West Linn, Oregon office made me feel like a good friend was there for me. Tiffany was very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, just a nice person to deal with. Beyond her in-depth yet easy-to-understand answers to all my questions, Tiffany had clearly carefully reviewed my policy before our call. I concluded at call's end that I am (still) well covered by State Farm and by Tiffany, a great "brand ambassador".
