- SSStef SAug 11, 20264.0I was pretty overwhelmed with getting my policy back up to date and still think it was frustrating to go through so many steps again BUT David handled my emotionally overwhelmed state in a very understanding and calm manner. Talked me through everything I needed to do and didnt skip a beat when I had to apologize for swearing in my agitated state. As someone who really struggles with these processes, his understanding was extremely appreciated. I'll be recommending him to my other neurodivergent friends who struggle with online and over the phone processes as well
