- RSRob Savage2 days ago1.0We’ve had a pretty disappointing experience with the Jared Dean State Farm office. Communication has consistently been the biggest issue. Most recently, Yale has still not responded to our email four days later. This is after other instances where we’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get routine questions or documentation handled. At this point, the problem isn’t one missed email. It’s a pattern of slow or nonexistent follow-up that has made us lose confidence in the office. We’re now looking at moving our policies to another State Farm agent. Hopefully other customers have had a better experience, but based on ours, we wouldn’t recommend this office.
