  For the last 15 years I have always been greeted with a big welcome even if i leave and compare other agencies i come back any situations i have they solve it with convenience they're all are a good group of agents on s. e. washington st. Portland oregon. I recommend this agency over others ive been insured by very satisfied

  I called to provide new bank info after my debit card was hacked and reached Toni Neels of InsureOne, Portland office. As a 100% Disabled Naval Airman with a service ending Traumatic Brain Injury. I rarely deal with a customer service representative that has the patience and compassion to deal with my Cognitive Function Deficits and Immediate Memory Loss. Ms. Neels was incredibly helpful and efficient with my requests. My problem was quickly solved with her grace and kindness. I would suggest that her employer advance her to a training position or higher to take advantage of and utilize her unique and innovative approach to win-win problem solutions.
