  I’ve been a State Farm customer for almost 20 years, but had some questions about my policies. I called in with a laundry list (basically asking for Insurance 101 course) and spoke with May. She answered them all with delightful clarity. Do I actually need to buy extra insurance when I’m renting a car? What does my policy actually cover if I’m ever in an accident? How much do my discounts actually factor into my total premium? Thank you to May for taking time to walk me through everything. I feel much more confident that should anything happen, I’m prepared to handle things without confusion or panic.

  I have been a client for 10+ years and customer service has always been amazing. I had a lot going on with moving and David K was outstanding. He reached out via a phone call and answered all my questions. I followed up via email and he was detailed, clear and quick with his response. All my change request I had asked for are already in motion. The best part was - he was able to get me and my dad the best plan with the most savings!
