We have since moved to another location, but retain Severn’s office due to the excellent service we have always received. Yesterday specifically I called at the end of the day to understand our insurance rates. Conan explained the changes, the reasons, and went over each modification that I asked about. He also assured me that our policy had not been modified. We will continue to work with Severn’s agents. They are an example of how important it is to have a local, knowledgeable team for customer satisfaction and retention.
