  Om walked me through the process and options and provided suggestions which gave me the comprehension to develop a plan which worked for me. She even squeezed me in under short notice in an effort to assist with finalizing my Medigap plan. Very helpful!

  I agree that they are helpful and knowledgeable on selecting a Medicare Advantage Plan, however they did not offer the option of going on standard Medicare with a Gap Plan. My advantage plan was cancelled and I learned I had the option to move to standard Medicare with a Gap Plan on my own - not from them. This is why you should contact SHIBA of Oregon Medicare assitance for unbiased thought and options as well. This is no different than most agencies as the comission paid to brokers is much higher with Advantage Plans. The Advantage Plans can work fine for many people, but are only good for a year. If you want the Advantage Plan Option I recommend Chehalem to help you navigate your options.
