  I agree that they are helpful and knowledgeable on selecting a Medicare Advantage Plan, however they did not offer the advantage of going on standard Medicare with a Gap Plan. My advantage plan was cancelled and I learned I had the option to move to standard Medicare with a Gap Plan. This is why yopu should contact SHIBA Medicare advice for unbiased thought as well. This is no different than most agencies as the comission paid is much higher on Advantage Plans. The Advantage Plans can work fine for many people, but are only good for a year. If you want the Advantage Option I recommend Chehalem to help you navigate your options.
