  Don't Travel with out them! We just returned from our third trip to Europe using Nathan Parr and every time it has been flawless! He listens to your wants, needs and budget and delivers a trip that exceeds our expectations. He was very good at knowing our style and where we wanted relax and where the action was. He presented ideas and accommodations that we would have never thought of. We like the fact that all of the transfers and accommodations were confirmed so there was no worry about hiccups (especially with trains, planes and autos) Thanks Nathan for your expertise and support!

  I am tardy with this review but better late than never. In May, we took a nearly three-week trip to Europe with a two-week Baltic cruise as the centerpiece. This was our second trip to Europe, the first being in 2023 which featured a week-long Norwegian cruise. Both trips were planned and arranged with the assistance of the Cruise and Travel Desk, specifically Melinda Wittman. Our 2026 trip went off just as well as our first trip. In May, we visited numerous cities in Baltic countries. The cruise was simply wonderful. Cities like Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, Kiel and Gdansk were just gorgeous. This was our second cruise with Holland America and we had the same ship, the Rotterdam! We love that ship, which is just the right size. The seas were smooth and the weather was cool and comfortable in May. We dodged almost all rain. We really like working with Melinda, who is so pleasant and easy to work with. Using a travel agent like Melinda relieves so much of the stress that comes with a complex and long foreign trip. We have no hesitation in recommending Melinda and the Travel and Cruise Desk for your trip if you are contemplating one. Curtis Heikkinen

  Five Stars for Nathan Parr's efforts: There were 7 of us from 14 months to 77 years old headed to a Family Reunion in Greece. Nathan had air fares, hotels, day trips and ground transportation planned and at high season no less. Bottom Line: Nathan exceeded our expectations, many thanks. George Lampus.

  Brogan was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Joe and I truly could not have asked for a better travel agent or a better person to help us plan one of the biggest moments of our lives. From day one, she was organized, responsive, transparent, and always one step ahead. No matter how many questions we had, she answered them promptly and made sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. She handled so many moving pieces behind the scenes that we never had to worry or stress because we knew everything was under control. What impressed us even more was the experience she provided not just for us, but for all of our wedding guests. Throughout the planning process, we constantly received compliments from our family and friends about how wonderful Brogan was to work with. Everyone commented on how helpful, patient, and easy she made the booking process. Knowing our guests were in such great hands meant the world to us. Her recommendations were outstanding. The resort she recommended for our wedding exceeded every expectation—we absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing, the service was exceptional, and it truly became the perfect place to celebrate our wedding. She also connected us with an incredible company for our catamaran excursion, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Brogan's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients really set her apart. She has a way of making what could be an overwhelming process feel effortless. I honestly don't know how she keeps everything so organized, but she does it flawlessly. We are beyond satisfied with the service she provided and are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. We recommend Brogan to anyone who is planning a vacation, destination wedding, or any type of travel. Without question, we will be using her again for future trips. Thank you, Brogan, for helping make our wedding experience everything we dreamed it would be and for taking such amazing care of us and our guests!
