I have stopped into the office several times, once to make a payment in person; as I wanted to meet them and to have them meet me. Since I got the policy several years ago, they know who I am and treat me as a valued customer.

Tricia helped my husband effectively and competently deal with all the paperwork while I was in acute care, and I received the payout for my car promptly. I even received a lovely card from everyone in the office! We moved to WA 3 years ago but wanted to keep this SF agent, and this is why. They're a wonderful and caring team of real people.
