They have always worked hard to give us the best rates possible, keep in touch with us throughout the year to make sure we understand all of our policies and rates and have been fantastic to work with after a home burglary and a car accident. Every agent we have worked with is always compassionate, prompt in response and produces excellent results. Last month, we worked with Lola Ashley on renewing my husband's life insurance policy and she was so informative and kind and right on it for everything we needed. She found an excellent rate for him and it ended up coming back even better than originally written. I strongly recommend her as an agent and Bill Thorp's entire office.
