  I don't even know where to start. My experience with Krystal Bliss was incredible. This type of customer service makes such a big impact. For the last 6 years I have had 1 bad experience after another with my car insurance. I have been put off finding new insurance and have just accepted sub par customer service, because I just felt emotionally drained from my past experiences. Krystal was an absolute breath of fresh air. Just hearing her voice I felt better. She was so kind and understanding. She was also extremely efficient. She was able to quickly help me obtain better coverage for $148 LESS a month! She carefully went over each option; and I immediately had the confidence that she was doing her best to find me the greatest deal. I was able to quickly sign documents via text. And before we got off the phone she sent me all of the information I needed. Freeway and Kemper are so lucky to have her as an employee. Her customer service is giving 'Ritz Carlton/Black Card's... She is the perfect combination of calm and efficient while also bringing the sunshine into your day. I'm SO grateful for her assistance.
