When John recently made the decision to retire, his clients were split between a couple of agents. My family, including my 97 yr old dad, went to Cal Kiburz office. I recently had an issue with a request for additional premium for my dad’s homeowner’s insurance, so I called Cal’s office and spoke to Stasia for the first time. I told her that I was at a loss because Liz from John Mercer’s office had always taken such great care of us and I needed someone like her to help me navigate our concerns and insurance needs. Stasia stepped right up to the task, found the reason for the request for additional premium, and told me exactly what needed to be done to resolve the situation. I appreciate service like that. Call Cal’s office if you have insurance needs. His staff will take great care of you.

I was moving out of my parents house for the first time and was just kind of winging it. Joe took the time to walk me through what I needed to do, and even helped me with a timeline. He set up dates for everything involved to make sure it all worked out for me. I’m so grateful for Joe and how attentive he was during such a stressful time for me. I’d recommend Joe to anyone!
