- HSHeather SimmonsJun 6, 20231.0I went to get a replacement card so I could renew my plates but could not. I called their number while standing in front of their building in Shawnee, Oklahoma only to have them tell me they moved everything up to Seminole, Oklahoma which is over 45 minutes away. This was done without informing the people they insure. The person I talked to was new but did apologize and emailed me a copy. I pay way too much for this type of headache. Going to find someone new.
