He is extremely knowledgeable in the field, and takes the time to explain important details that to the customer that are essential to know when purchasing a policy. I will definitely bring my business to him again. Not only is he friendly and professional, but he takes the time to treat his customers like family, as well. Thank you, Troy! I highly recommend this agency for all of your insurance needs. After extensive research, Troy went above and beyond to get my price right and the coverage I wanted and needed.

He was super knowledgable about home and auto insurance and not only saved me almost $1000 on each policy he found areas in my policy where I was not covered to the extent I thought I was. Another thing I really liked was that he was not pushy at all and we had a couple conversations before I ever switched. I have my home and auto policies with him and recently got a great deal on a life insurance policy. I was given several options on different life insurance policies, many of which I didn't know existed. The cost came back much cheaper than I was previously paying elsewhere and the policy was much better.
