The main thing an agency has to offer is better service than the competition. Megan resolved an issue that would have taken much of my valuable time had I been forced to take care of it myself. Megan's service saved a customer for James Parker and State Farm.

Troy was amazing about walking me through the process of purchasing the insurance that best fit my needs at the price that was best for my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable in the field, and takes the time to explain important details that to the customer that are essential to know when purchasing a policy. I will definitely bring my business to him again. Not only is he friendly and professional, but he takes the time to treat his customers like family, as well. Thank you, Troy! I had a wonderful meeting with Troy Ivey. He was super knowledgable about home and auto insurance and not only saved me almost $1000 on each policy he found areas in my policy where I was not covered to the extent I thought I was. I am so appreciative and feel like I can already sleep better at night knowing me and my family are covered. Another thing I really liked was that he was not pushy at all and we had a couple conversations before I ever switched. Can’t recommend enough as these guys really seem to be looking out for you…great experience.

I have had great experiences with the staff at James Parker's office. Would highly recommend asking for Troy! He is the best! I have my home and auto policies with him and recently got a great deal on a life insurance policy. I was given several options on different life insurance policies, many of which I didn't know existed. The cost came back much cheaper than I was previously paying elsewhere and the policy was much better.
