- KFKyle FletcherApr 19, 20231.0Worst insurance company and definitely the worst agent I have ever worked with. They make a billing mistake and cancel my account with no warning. After coming in to pay the remaining balance, I get a letter from a collection agency for $109.20 again with no attempt to contact me about anything I owed. DO NOT USE THEM. Con-man is a nice way of putting it. Would give zero stars if possible.
