  I was 'forwarded' to this agency when my agent retired. Any time that I've dealt with them, they have always made my issue a priority, whatever it was. We have auto & home owners with them, and are currently very happy !

  They get back to us fairly quick and don't mind when I leave random questions after hours. They got us insurance cards because my husband is old school and although they don't have a 'office' which drive hubs crazy they are always willing to meet with us if need be. (Hubs is just a complainer we never meet). They are extremely tolerant of old cranky tolerant spouses. Have been with the company as our insured for decades and Slips office recently took over when our guy retired. Transfer went smooth and seamless.

  Allstate is a very good insurance company and fair and prices are reasonable and do everything they can to keep your insurance at a reasonable price that works for you

  When you pay the highest premiums you do so expecting to be covered and taken care of when something happens. We went through a tornado in March and are still battling to get a roof replaced that was torn off. Allstate attempts to take the route that is only beneficial to their bottom line and not what is the right thing to do. Told to patch shingles that are a different size and color, only half the roof, and sent instructions on how to cut down shingles and hand seal to make them work. Would never recommend the “you’re in good hands” company. They focus more on training staff on how to drag out claims, show empathy, and then put the additional burden of a catastrophe on the homeowner. I could go on and on about the true lack of customer service and absurd treatment of policy holders in need but I digress.
