When I had an issue with the policy as I closed on my new home, the attitude from the agent's office was, "Not my problem"...even though it was Allstate's error. The assistance I got from corporate was just as bad, maybe worse. I was also lied to about the status of a refund I was owed. Needless to say, I now have a new agency for my homeowners insurance and would never recommend All-State to anyone.
