  took about a week and a half to get an insurance quote for home, auto and RV. I went through several unreturned phone calls and emails to try to get this done. The quote was much cheaper than others I received, so I eventually made an appointment to come in and sit down with an agent to review the quote and my current policies. when I arrived for my appointment, the doors were locked, there was nobody there. I called and left a message with still no response days later. Even with a ring camera out front knowing that I was there for my appointment, no response. makes me very concerned on their business practices and what may happen in the event of a loss and I need to make a claim. very unprofessional and very much do not recommend!

  Only been apart of this insurance company briefly and it’s already not going well. My first impressions of the staff was extremely nice and helpful which I do believe some of them may be. I talked to over 4 employees in a two hour span. The first employee told me she’d get what I needed done in 5-10 minutes, when it wasn’t done I proceeded to call again roughly 30-40 minutes later to speak again with someone. The second employee I spoke with said she’d also do it. I then waited again and called to confirm it was done and the third employee I spoke to told me she didn’t know and transferred me to Shay. Shay wasn’t helpful, she just made excuses then told me it wasn’t her job to fix a policy even though that’s what they get paid to do. She also told me that it takes time, which I understood but when the employees tell me they’ll send it out in 5-10 minutes and then proceed to tell me again then send it out in 20 minutes, like really? Hold yourself accountable and the rest of your employees. You have a job, so just do it. After this I will be shopping around at other places even if I have to pay more. Companies should value their clients and not give excuses for not being able to get a job done within two hours when I was told 5-10 minute then 20 minutes. It’s not hard to do the job you get paid to do, if you believe it’s not your job then maybe find a different one because clearly this one isn’t cut out for you Shay.
