I would always stop in to the office on Monroe St. I always paid a few days early.. couldn't make it there a few days ago. I have a card on file so they can make payment.. my card is locked (because everyone keeps their cards locked) I woke up seen they tried to take my payment and couldn't because my card was locked.. I went to the office and they tell me I have to pay a $25 late fee. A $10 process fee and $5 fee to pay in the office.. I wasn't even 12 hours late..
