  I met with ms Tasha at the Springfield Ohio store who was so very helpful thru this process. She broke down the cost comparisons and was able to shift some things that saved me more money. So very thankful for her help. My prior agent was no where near as helpful and insightful as Tasha was!!!!

  I was a little worried about trying Acceptance insurance, but I think I will be satisfied with their services. I think my experience with them well be good based off of my experience when starting my insurance. Tasha was amazing. The best customer service I’ve encountered in a while from anywhere. She was very professional, funny(went right along with my corny jokes) and most importantly explained everything very well. She didn’t rush me or get frustrated when I had questions. She’s a keeper. Tasha will bring you much business in the future ♥️

  Ariana R. Was the absolute best ive been working with her for a couple days now to get a cheaper Quote and she was able to find me one. If u go to Acceptance ask for Ariana you won't me disappointed!!!

  Tasha and Desaray are angels !!!! They literally saved my life!!! I needed to get insurance back on my vehicle immediately and these two ladies went above and behind to help me and make sure I got the best and lowest quote . Truly thank god for the good people you come across . Ladies please read this and know that if anyone ever told you they appreciate you , know I mean it from my heart !!!
