  I can’t speak for the office itself, but Jared (sales) at this office (Clinton Coble) has been instrumental at taking care of me, my insurance needs, and helping me prepare for upcoming events and changes in my life. I have found him very knowledgeable, prompt and respectful in communication, and thorough in his service scope. For his level of care, I will gladly keep my account at this office.

  Since no one in the office can be responsive, I figure I’ll leave my concern here I’ve accrued THREE noncompliance fees from my leasing office because State Farm agents say that they follow my request to update the additional interests address so that I may upload it to my e-premium link. I’ve emailed them the correct address as well as remained on the phone with them (multiple agents, multiple times) as they go through the process of correcting the document . The greatest insult as a 7+ year customer is the multiple emails that go unanswered. I reached out in July after being sent an “updated” declaration page to let them know that the document was still in error and did not reflect the correct address. No response. That was July 9th. AFTER we had done the process via phone. I followed up August 3 after getting another noncompliance fee of $25. No response. I called August 4 and the agent who I spoke with went into my file and noticed I was right- the document had not been updated Then I had to be on hold for 20 minutes while she tried to generate a new declaration page with the correct address- a process I swear I’ve done at least 4 times now. Another promise that it will be rectified but not much to say about the multiple unanswered emails. No offers to cover the noncompliance fees that are a result of not having an updated document. No explanation as to why my emails attempting to get ahead of the noncompliance fees go ignored. And barely an apology for the inconvenience and frustration. This is strike 2. Strike 3 and I’m finding another insurance agent. Now I won’t drop names here, but anyone who cares about their business and how it’s being represented should have a meeting with their team.
