Very knowledgeable and he explained the differences that I had on my current policy versus my new policy with Allstate. Called him several times to ask more questions and he was always happy to help. Great personality and easy to talk to. He took care of everything as far as canceling my old policies and getting my new ones started. No stress whatsoever. I actually have better coverage now with a lower cost. Highly recommend Alec and Allstate.
