- JJJackieJun 14, 20261.0I guess these folks only care about you if you're a bigtime customer. On Tuesday of last week I called to ask a question about a small life insurance policy that they sold me, a woman named Deserea told me my agent was out and that he would get back to me tomorrow. It's been 3 business days now, and no one has returned my call. Terrible customer service in my opinion.
