Supposedly this branch of Allstate received a letter from us stating we wanted to cancel our auto policy even though we never sent nor signed such a letter. I even received an email from them stating my auto payment will be deducted from my account so I never thought we would be canceled, but little did my wife and I know, Allstate canceled us and we didn't have coverage for almost a month. They didn't even bother to call us to make sure we're canceling when they supposedly receive a letter saying we were. Then, their customer service when I called to figure out what happened was subpar. She stated there was nothing they could do about it and now that it's lapsed we won't be able to offer you the current policy you had. Would you like to see what kind of policy we can get for you now. I then took it into my own hands and called customer service, the underwriting team was able to address the situation and my policy is back to what it was. After this incident I switched agencies, I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.

Johnny Smith helped me get the same coverage that I had with State Farm. I had a terrible experience with State Farm and Johnny was a breath of fresh air after what I went through with the State Farm customer service and rates raising. Now I’m paying the same I paid before State Farm raised their rates plus I have renters insurance now, so that’s a perk. I am happy and feel like I’m finally in good hands!! Thank you, Johnny and Allstate!

I've only been with this agent for two weeks and have been way underwhelmed. I had contacted Eric via his personal cell as he said that was fine about some questions I had and he directed me to contact the office fully knowing the office was closed due to weather that day. There was no need to give me that run around an act like they were open. I've also had issues with corporate customer services changing things without my authorization. Stay away!
Don’t waste your time with this insurance provider. I’ve sent multiple and multiple emails and phone calls to Michael and Amanda and they continuously ignore them. The most unprofessional people I’ve had to deal with. They will raise your prices without any notice or heads up. Go to any other insurance provider.

Keely, Amanda and the Team are top notch! Very friendly and listen :) to their customers! It's also a actual office you can walk in 🤠 vs. finding out your insurance is through some company in West Virginia
