The representative who assisted my clients was unprofessional and rude, displaying a discourteous attitude towards both my customers and myself. As a dealership that sells around 40 cars a month, I value professionalism in the services I recommend. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider recommending this insurance company in the future. If the representative is indeed related to the owner, it’s concerning to see such behavior. I hope improvements can be made to ensure a better experience for others.
