  We called him on April 1st. We asked why our bill was $180 instead of $165 like usual and he said there was a late fee. He told us to just pay the $165 and that we were good. All of a sudden on the 19th of this month I lost my policy over that decision. Josh you know you where wrong for this

  I love everything so far, especially about Josh. We have had no issues what so ever with him. We haven’t spoke to him a ton, but we haven’t had the need to. We get enough email updates from him to handle what needs to be handled. The only issue I have is with more of the company as a whole. I wish that you could see payments that you owed sooner before you owe them. For example we had a $700 house insurance payment. Last we played paid in January (late January). This year it was due December 6th. It’s our first home so we aren’t super educated on how everything goes. And he didn’t even show up in the app that we had a payment coming that soon until maybe two weeks before. Which it’s not like we didn’t have the money, but if we were living paycheck to paycheck that wouldn’t have been easy to scrape together necessarily.

  Easy to work with and they made sure I had the coverage I needed for my house/cars.
