  My husband recently got a policy with Acceptance and Darren from the lakeshore office helped him. Everything went smoothly Darren was very professional and took care of things in a timely matter.

  When I first reached out for auto quotes from this company, all was great I was connected with Nicole Soinski at the Kent office. She started out very professional to grab a commission sale, professional etc. recently I had purchased a policy that I thought included what I was looking for at the time. After she explained the policy details I purchased the policy and later realized things were not explained thoroughly and was expected to pay double to purchase another policy which included what I needed. I was told that per their refund policy, that it takes a month or more to be refunded the money I paid for the prior policy. The time period has passed and I’m still persistent in fighting to get my refund. Consider a different insurance carrier, managers never return calls, there’s no accountability, or transparency for insurance agents and they don’t provide correct information in reference to policies, and or good customer service practices. My time is almost up with this company and I can’t wait. Nicole is great when it’s time for commission but anything beyond that multiple attempts to resolve issues and communication seem non existent.
