  Natalie DeVine delivers an amazing service. After a couple of Agency changes not driven by me, she took over my account, looked at my needs, saw my existing policies and gave me quotes for the same coverages at a way better price. She also helped me get the right process to cancel the old ones, when even the people from the Insurance were not clear on them. AMAZING support!

  I still haven’t met Brittany in person, but when I reached out to Brightway Insurance I “met” a very friendly person on the phone! Brittany is very personable and knowledgeable! I usually don’t like doing business over the phone or internet, preferring to do it in person, but Brittany changed my mind. We are very happy with the information that she has helped us with AND saving us money! Thank you!!

  We had been with State Farm for years, but between the constant rate hikes and our agent suddenly retiring without notice, we decided to move on. After inquiring online and getting bombarded with calls, I was leary. But I came across Joel, and he was willing to take care of us via email, no problem. He got us a quote, and only when I was ready did we hop on the phone. He responded quickly to all my inquiries and got us a better rate for our home and two vehicles! We feel we have found someone now who will take great care of us for many years to come.
