  Amanda (she handles the day to operations) and her team are outstanding! The customer service is second to none and they are always trying to help you! And the best part is that they have a variety of insurances you can choose that best fits your needs.

  I dropped Lew Griffin Insurance a line out of the blue, and Suzanne wrote back with immediate helpfulness. She's been incredibly prompt, friendly, professional, and astute at explaining all subtleties of various coverage options. Even better: the coverage she's set up for our family is better and much less expensive than coverage from our old provider. I feel like we're in really good hands here.

  I switched to this agency a few years back after just being fed up with bad customer service and sky rocketing premium increases. It was the BEST decision. Amanda and the other girls in the office have gone above and beyond for us since day one. I can call in or email with any question or if a change or update is needed and I know it will be addressed quickly and accurately. They will review our policies and make sure we are getting the best coverage at the best prices for our individual needs. That in itself is a perfect reason to go with this agency. It just proves that they care about their customers and not just about money. If you prefer a personable team to help with your insurance needs you will not regret this choice.   Been with the Lew Griffin team for years now. The number one thing they provide is quick response with knowledgeable answers to questions and claims. Yesterday I called regarding a possible roof claim and connected with a team member whom helped answer some questions as Amanda was on the phone. A few minutes later she called be to be sure I received all the info I was looking for. THANKS FOR THE Unsolicited Follow-up! Amanda over the years has always found the products that fit our needs and within our budget. If you are looking to shop insurance needs I would definitely recommend having a discussion with them.
