- FLFrank LeydaJul 9, 20082.06 weeks after I filed a claim on a policy they sold I called and ask them how my claim was coming. Basically they said " It is not our problem. Talk to the Adjuster." The adjuster works for a different company and is slow to return my phone calls. A free lance adjuster called to ask for my Doctor's phone # (It is in the book) 6 weeks after I filed the claim.
