I went in for a change on my commercial vehicle insurance, she claimed that she did not have access to revise my policy. She then stated that I got my policy from that West Broad location so she wouldn’t be able to take care of me. So I decided to come to the West Broad, Kimmiko Mitnaul always gets me together. She goes above and beyond to help me with all my needs. KIMMI deserves a raise seriously, I’ve been to several locations, and all other office are rude and hate helping their customers. With gratitude
