Troy martin of this office is scamming customers. He's taking payments, and deliberately not processing them. Here wants your policy to lapse without you knowing. But why? Some kind of internal scams... be careful and make your payments in office and of you are forced to make a payment over the phone, so not get off the phone without getting a copy of the receipt. If something isn't done, i will be calling BBB...
