I have been a loyal customer of Randy’s for many years, but my recent experience with Suehelen truly exceeded my expectations. This past summer, I purchased a new home, and Suehelen took the time over multiple phone calls and emails to thoroughly explain all of my options. She helped me bundle my auto and homeowners insurance policies and also recommended an umbrella policy to provide additional protection and peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, Suehelen was consistently kind, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She was always responsive and made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and manageable. Her professionalism and genuine care for her customers are greatly appreciated, and I wanted to ensure her outstanding service was recognized.
