- ASai smittenApr 11, 20121.0high rates, sent me a final bill that looked like a 6 year old completed it! Made no sense and no explanation, just a bunch of numbers. Staff email replies also like 6 year old kids. Avoid this agent if you want good quality. Paid the balance for unknown charge after they said they would take care of it. They didn't. Nice, thanks for the troubles!
