  I was helped by Valor, she was really nice and she even sang some cool tunes so we didn’t have a lot of dead air. She helped me the best she could under pressure because I was frustrated but she remained calm. She even left late from work. People like her is why I still believe in good customer service!

  Valarie was not only beautiful but very helpful and worked swiftly to get me what I needed. Very relatable and down to Earth with vast knowledge of the fine intricacies of auto insurance. Probably the best customer service I've had in a long time.
