Well first I had a horrible experience from another state agency ( Glady Quinones) and honestly from that experience I was on the verge of not even considering State Farm as an insurance anymore. But my how does the world work. I decided to check google and found many offices, but this one stood out and decided to call. The receptionist was very sweet and understanding and passed me to Sebastian. Let me tell you.... He was the most understanding, quick and everything you would need in an insurance rep. He explained everything I asked, helped me get the best quote possible. He just went above and beyond to improve my experience with State Farm and with that he made me a State Farm customer. You want someone who is truly going to go above and beyond for the customer this is the place and especially Sebastian is that person. This is an honest review from a customer who went from a bad experience from one bad office and got a much better one from this office.
